About me

Experienced Operator

Proven Leadership from Startup to $50M Exit.

Dylan combines institutional-grade strategy with hands-on operational grit. As the co-founder of a healthcare services firm, he scaled the organization from the ground up to a successful $50M exit, managing over 150 employees through complex growth cycles. A Columbia MBA graduate, Dylan has served as Head of Operations for multiple 100+ person teams and founded a consulting firm dedicated to helping small businesses raise capital and enter new markets.

Entrepreneurial Roots

A Lifetime of Building.

Starting and operating businesses is a core part of Dylan’s identity. His journey began with managing a family ice cream shop in high school, followed by launching laundry and house-cleaning services in college. From those early ventures to founding a market-leading startup, Dylan has built his career on a deep respect for the hard work, agility, and dedication required to build something that lasts.

Preserving Legacy & Succession

A Focused, Long-Term Successor.

Dylan is not a private equity firm, a "roll-up" investor, or a passive portfolio manager. His goal is singular: to acquire one outstanding local business and dedicate himself to its daily operation and growth. He is seeking a company with a strong reputation and a loyal customer base, with the sole intent of preserving the founder’s legacy. By maintaining the standards of prior ownership while identifying new opportunities for growth, Dylan ensures the business thrives for the next generation.

At Home in Fairfield County

Local Roots, Local Commitment.

A long-time Fairfield County resident, Dylan is deeply invested in the community where he and his wife are raising their three elementary school-aged children. When he isn’t coaching Little League baseball, he is an active member of the local racquets community—you’ll often find him on the paddle courts of Fairfield County perfecting his screen shots and volleys.
